Referrals

We are now accepting referrals for

  • implant placement
  • associated implant retained restorations
  • bone grafts
  • sinus lifts
  • Periodontal Disease 

We are able to offer a referral service tailor made to your own Practice requirements.  If you are placing you own implants, we welcome referrals for bone grafts, sinus lifts and other surgical procedures.  Similarly we are happy to place your implants and then discharge the patient back to you to complete the restorations, although this will involve a joint treatment planning process. We will of course want to review the patient at intervals over the 12 month period following the implant placement.

Our team will ensure that you are kept informed at every stage in the procedure and all referring practitioners are invited to visit the practice and/or observe and assist during the implant placement itself.
