Job Description
We are seeking a conscientious and patient-focused Dental Therapist to join our established and friendly team at Wyndham House Dental Practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician to work within a supportive and professional environment committed to delivering high-quality, ethical dentistry.
Wyndham House is a well-regarded and busy seven-surgery practice based in the Vale of Glamorgan with a strong reputation for outstanding patient care. Alongside comprehensive general dentistry, we are also a popular referral practice, working closely with referring dentists and providing a range of advanced treatments within the practice. We have a well developed and proactive periodontal care pathway which we will need you to be actively involved with.
Our experienced clinical team includes an Implantologist and Specialist Periodontist, creating a highly collaborative environment where clinicians can learn from colleagues with specialist interests, develop their skills, and provide patients with a wide range of treatments under one roof.
We are passionate about supporting our clinicians’ professional development. Mentorship and clinical support can be made available for therapists who would value additional guidance or wish to further develop their clinical confidence and skills.
Our vision is to position Wyndham House at the forefront of dentistry within the Vale of Glamorgan, building a practice recognised for exceptional standards, trust, and patient experience, comparable to how John Lewis is known for quality and service within the retail world.
This role would suit a clinician who values patient-centred care, enjoys working within a collaborative team, and is keen to contribute to a practice striving for clinical excellence.
